These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of this website and coaching services provided by Irene Kennedy Coaching ("I", "me", or "my").
By accessing the site or booking a session, you agree to these terms — whether you're based in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa), APAC (Asia-Pacific), or elsewhere.

2. Services

I provide personalised 1:1 coaching that blends career clarity, personal branding, job strategy and wellbeing support.

My services may include:

  • Career coaching and direction setting

  • LinkedIn and CV support

  • Job search and interview strategy

  • Personal brand development

  • Wellbeing and mindset coaching

All coaching is based on my professional experience as a former recruiter and Well-being Mentor.
It is not a replacement for therapy, legal advice, or financial consultation.

3. Booking & Payment

  • All sessions are booked in advance via Calendly

  • Payment is required upon booking and securely processed via Stripe

  • Prices are listed in EUR, AUD, or relevant currencies and may include VAT/GST if applicable

Cancellation Policy:

  • Minimum 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation

  • No-shows or late cancellations are not be eligible for refunds

4. Intellectual Property

All content shared on this website or in coaching sessions - including worksheets, templates and downloads - is the intellectual property of Irene Kennedy Coaching.

You may not copy, reuse, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.

5. Privacy

Your data is managed in accordance with my Privacy Policy, which complies with the GDPR (for EMEA clients) and the Australian Privacy Act (for APAC clients).
